Update on Labour Disruption and Continuity of Services
Ingersoll Support Services Inc. (ISSI) is providing a further update to the community regarding the labour disruption that began at 12:01 a.m. on May 23, 2026.
Since then, our essential services and supports have continued. This has been safely secured through a combination of our management team, community members, and a large pool of trained, credentialled, and skilled temporary workers. We are particularly focused on maintaining familiar routines and minimizing disruptions as much as possible.
Our priority remains unchanged: the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support. Our leadership team is closely monitoring operations to ensure this goal continues to be met at every location, and are themselves actively involved in providing direct supports.
ISSI recognizes that this is a difficult and uncertain time for our community. We remain committed to providing ongoing updates as the situation evolves.
